There is no job security and they are partial towards Kannada speaking/South Indians They follow malpractice like asking employees to sign voluntary salary deduction,asking employees to go go on holiday without pay. To much of politics if you need to grow in this organisation you need to be North Indian.

Salary is given on time. Hr department does there job well

Too much politics. Clash between the Operations and Academics department which leads to confusion and extra burden to the teachers. Hiring of teachers r less...compared to what is the real need since young kids r difficult to manage.. Most importantantly no respect

I love being with children. And Klay has given me an opportunity to let me work so thankyou as I always loved teaching a lot specially preschoolers . When yu enter yur day goes well by looking at your students the way they hug you the way they call you the way they roam around you the way the look at you when they call yu but yu di not listen.. it’s fun They are so innocent babies and yes I m lucky to b a part of Klay I m currently working in preschool and now in aug 21 it’ll b 2 yrs of experience I have so thankyou Klay

There’s nothing here that one will ever dislike salary growth actually is very low here apart from this nothing else As teachers being working on Sunday gets the lowest salary Ok

Good work environment and culture. Colleagues are supportive and the management is transparen. There is a good opportunity for career growth. Company policies and bonus are good. Great platform women.

There is a lot of politics between teachers. Slow career growth. Salary hike is not for every year.
