There is no job security and they are partial towards Kannada speaking/South Indians They follow malpractice like asking employees to sign voluntary salary deduction,asking employees to go go on holiday without pay. To much of politics if you need to grow in this organisation you need to be North Indian.

The centre director's attitude is next level. Nepotism environment. There's no scope for Teachers who work hard. They will only take work from teacher don't care about their health also,even though sick we have to work taking tablet from the centre. Zero safety in the centre. There was a case where snake entered to one of the classroom while children were in and around. They didn't even bothered to call animal protection team instead the security guard who is working there he thrashed on snakes head killed it in front of children.😔 very bad experience.There is a long list actually where they covered many such things. Previous CD's were very good.but, PTRC Bengaluru the worst Centre Head Mrinal Ayachit. I had work with. The reason of leaving the job just because of her attitude and the over superiority on the staff. People from Karnataka she will never give an opportunity to grow. Still there are teachers working from long years in same position. I'm happy I'm out of that toxic place.

Salary is given on time. Hr department does there job well

Too much politics. Clash between the Operations and Academics department which leads to confusion and extra burden to the teachers. Hiring of teachers r less...compared to what is the real need since young kids r difficult to manage.. Most importantantly no respect

I am a proud employee of klay.. This company has become a part of my life.. The co workers the team coordination and the response to every asking is really professional and great... Growth is really highly appreciable and tremendous.

Work environment and culture was good, CD and others colleagues are very supportive. They given job training for new joiners which is very important.

Dislikes

Salary is good but I was not happy with that as career growth was very slow. Managing work and personal life is very difficult for me while I working,but it was not impossible.
