No technical or career growth, lack of management involvement . Salary is based on Govt inflation not on Performance. Senior managers are too bad, theyll ensure you lose all your skillsets

I hd a great opportunity working with the the industry but the employees were nt employed the employees were taken into contract so job insecurity is an huge issue in the industry

No friendly communication with in the industry . No respect to Neem Trainee & contract members in kki industry. Job insecurity is most common issues faced in the industry.

Over all poor local local management and full of politics. Only management puppets gets tge benefits and promotion. No recognition for talent and hard work, only yes boss works..
