No technical or career growth, lack of management involvement . Salary is based on Govt inflation not on Performance. Senior managers are too bad, theyll ensure you lose all your skillsets

Good work life balance, one can get work from home option.

Dislikes

No promotion in the job, one can expect hardly 4-5% pay out year on year. Most importantly there is no job security, hire and fire is common at all the levels.

I hd a great opportunity working with the the industry but the employees were nt employed the employees were taken into contract so job insecurity is an huge issue in the industry

No friendly communication with in the industry . No respect to Neem Trainee & contract members in kki industry. Job insecurity is most common issues faced in the industry.

Being a Danish company established 6 years ago in India, the company focuses on employee development, internal job opportunities, very good work life balance and attractive tax benefits for employees including NPS, Sodexo and more.

Dislikes

Due to some local Indian management in few departments since 2023 December, there is no freedom for decisions, no opportunities for growth and promotions. No job security as compared to Japanese companies. If you are a bucket with your manager, you will get all benefits, otherwise you will be cornered and you may loose your job. Your credit will be taken by your manager.
