...like 17 months. They never increase the salary and the worst part is the salary. You'll never get salary on time you'll always be lagging by 2-3 months salary. They'll ask you to work fr like 12 hrs. It isn't worth it. The Hr department is the worst. Mr. Garg he is the HR manager. Even after serving notice period I never got my full and final. And whenever I call them they just hung up. Even my project manager mr. Devendra Verma too the legal approch because he didn't got his salary for past 4 months. And when you'll leave this company forget about the last months salary you'll never get it. So never join this company.

Their are many things. 1. They provide you your salary after 2 month just like you will get your July month salary in the starting of September month. 2. Senior staff used to give gali juniors any time in plant. 3. No growth. 4. Their will no increment even you work hard for them.

No staff welfare facility. Employees are not counted as Employee. No professional culture Salary not given on time. After every third month, and begged you will receive only one month salary. If you leave no full and final settlement. No management. No timely payment for vendors/ subcontractors. No Appointment letter and no experience letter.
