...ent previous year after 4 years ,and now this year also not given any increment.no any DA Policy, only company giving monthly salary,this is very bad culture.

...UPPORT HAS BEEN RECEIVED FROM THE MANAGEMENT AND THE CMO OF THE COMPANY MR TARA CHAND JAIN HAS CUT THE SALARY OF THE MARKETING TEAM FO THE MONTH OF APRIL AND MAY 2020 AND THE BONUS WHICH HAS BEEN GIVEN AT THE TIME OF DIWALI 2020 HAS BEEN ALSO LESS IN THE SALARY FOR THE MONTH OF MAY 2020 AND FORCE TO THE EMPLOYEES TO GO TO THE MARKET AND WORK IN THE LOCKDOWN AND IF WE ARE NOT DOING THE SAME THE SALARY HAS BEEN CUT.

CMO OF THE COMPANY MR. TARA CHAND JAIN THE PERSON WHO IS FAMOUS FOR taking JOS OF THE EMPLOYEE AND SALARY IN THE LOCKDOWN OF THE MARKETING TEAM IN THE MONTH OF APRIL AND MAY 2020

Good work environment and culture.company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

I like everything on kjs Cement ltd. I am in training period so here I take training very well and experience is matter for me. So I Feel Better this plant.

Here all things all very good. But salary is so less. If salary extend good for me.

Good work environment. Company policy are not good. Here notice period is 3 month. That's the very bad policy. But when you r joining in the company only one month you have time.

There is a lot of politics and doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
