This company environment and culture is not good. teammates are supportive but management is not transparent appraisal are not good salary position not good this company is not supported any staff even this pandemic time company lost the job many employees

...ent previous year after 4 years ,and now this year also not given any increment.no any DA Policy, only company giving monthly salary,this is very bad culture.

I like everything on kjs Cement ltd. I am in training period so here I take training very well and experience is matter for me. So I Feel Better this plant.

Here all things all very good. But salary is so less. If salary extend good for me.
