A Reputed company in West Bengal, supportive teammates, great learning place if you are interested in foundry practice, standardized work practices (because they have big clients). clean & structured paperwork, general employee benefits like pf, epfo,health insurance, bonas is there in CTC. The job security is good. And anather positive thing is that when I leave the company, the overall process was smooth & HR department clear all my dues and paper on thair promissing time.

Dislikes

Salary is very less compared to skills, but they provide food & beverages in occasions. Some benifit open only after confirmation, but they delay confirmation for long. Honestly I thing many of dislikes are very common in West Bengal, so nothing to say.

My colleagues ->They are very friendly. ->Help each other in the work. ->New joiners get a very comfortable environment with these people to learn and understand everything. ->We all take breaks after the completion of the work. ->Cooperative nature of my colleagues. Company is known by its employees; if they are doing well and getting facilities which they deserve, by the company then, the company runs well.

Dislikes

...' self respect. ->Few employees talks rudely with other departments' employees. ->Salary date is the end of the first week of the months. ->No worklife balance.

Most of the people here are very frank and open minded. Salary structure is good enough as well.

Dislikes

Although the company is expanding rapidly, the culture of the company still remains outdated. Some HR policies are very unclear and sometimes increments are delayed without any notice. Micro management is also an issue.

Many things, poor management HR always thinking of sucking the blood out of your body, Work life balance doesn't exist in kiswok. Poor canteen food, salary increment is a joke. Requirements are only for the apprentice.

Groupism, very dirty politics, no parity among compensation and benefits, workers forced to work more than 16 hrs at a stretch but supervisor are not ready to give tiffin break, promotion only will possible if you are most obedient servant of management, salary not on time, work life balance zero as management always likes those person who will stay after office, work on holidays and offdays and digest all insulation of management
