Collection executives working in Kissht finance have no value whereas we are the ones who collect money from the customers and deliver it to the company

For the first time I have seen such a company where instead of increasing the salary, it has been reduced. These people do not know how to run their household

They have very basic issues which clear and precise communication within management. Sr. Management works as per their whims and fancy. They do follow rules and regulations and are even considerate towards people but the place lacks decipline and learning. Individual growth is not there you might title but you will keep doing same work. Good food, they have transportation but its hardly of any use.

Kissht is only good for salary. You not something new to learn. & They any time changes the Roll of anyone. They are harassing customers. Sales & collection both team's handling presure of everytime.

If you are in collection they any time move into sales because of cases shot and salary not credited on time in my experience in this company only relation is work from zm to cm

Do not waste your time , i loose my 4 months in Kissht Ringpay As a City Manager,they didn't given offered salary to me and all employees who are working in Sales and collections, Company and management is utter fraud from CEO Level to State Head Level,Be carefull
