Kissht Finance is totally roast company.They sent me offer letter offering 15000 salary and petrol incentive...,but after joining and working for 10 days.........they issued a new offer letter to me......offering payment on commission basis......The company SOP is very tight..,.....if you pressurised any customer to pay loan amount and in case if customer made a flase complaint about you......then either they will block that case or they will fire you out of job.Their is no job security and self-esteem in KISSHT FINANCE.

Bad environment no support from management company policy are too bad

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I'm from raipur my experience in this company is very very bad. No budy resposible for salary. All India one office at Mumbai . They r desided you are in tha company or not. I suggested don't apply if any vacancy. Koi kaam mat karnaa wasee bhi sab aade dimag lekar loog company k boss ban kar bathee hai
