LALA type company. NO salary, all commission based, No future. NO security. NO Travelling Expenses given. You have to do travelling from the commission you earned. But you have to spend 100% of your daily time and effort to field without any earning unless you do sales. No support from the comany. Any day you can be out from the company.

... The company has an excellent work culture and they treat their staff as family. Compensation is related to your work and as far as earnings are concerned its above average if you show results.

If I want to work with kisna then I will go for franchise segment it's new n starting phase that's why it's very exciting n refreshing for new starters.

One thing I must say some people are not in a supporting mood and they are not suppose to clear actually ground reality to the company. Only save his job only he is not ready to save his team members, rest of team persons are facing which they are not ready to listen his team that's why his team is not prepared n result oriented.

I Want To Rase The Complain Against Kisna Diamond And Gold Jewellery Franchisee Miss . Sushma Chaudhary . I am Working With Kisna Franchisee In R City Mall Ghatkopar . The Franchisee Owner Was Selling Own Product Which is The Purchasing From Local Jeweller . And his Bihaviar Is Not Professional With Staff And She Is Braking The Company , She Is Taking 2 Lakh Amt Without Taking Pan Card

I will share my experience - no work life balance shift timing is unlimited. - no place for seat and eat you have stand and eat - the only break you will get is lunch break which you have to do it fast so 15-20min I left this company serving 30 days of notice period which I had 2 leaves in it and rest 18 days to next month. So 16 days but instead of paying that they are offering 10 days of amount saying our cycle is 26-25 in month but when we calculate it is always for whole month(what nonsense) I fought and eventually told by the HR that it was our mistake that your attendance did not captured and you will get additional of 2 days in your Fnf but we will add this voucher method and we are not changing in Fnf. Lol i was convincing this from weeks yet they was only shouting and firm that our calculation is right, i swear if i will able to upload call recordings you will realise how bad they talk in terms of communication and eventually there was technical error in attendance which they never able to capture until I performed the calculations. Galti inki, call mail hum log kare still ye log kaam nai karte.. They talk like it is our fault. Never go this company.
