...nd you randomly. No one can talk to any employees or else you will be suspended. No salary benifits. It's a jail. If they want they will block your salary . And the thing goes on all year Hire and fire. It's a harrasment to all employees. Never join this type of mad#rch#d company,if you still unemployed I will recommend not to join this company.your CV will destroyed if you joined this company.Plese share as much as possible to expose this bulushit company. If you work in normal shop it's better to work in a normal shop than work in kishori (laora) laal. You cannot use your phone and they will restrict you in your sit and watches you what you are doing in computer and listen you all day... absolutely waste of time never go there. They ate my salary and as I am sick they kicked me out and block my salary. Never go there I repeat never.

Corporate Work Cultue , Salary on time. Leaves, bonus all facility are there. Few merchandiser teams are very good in the company they support their junior very well. HR is bold and clear about all aspect.

Few employees are trying to take high salary but not perform, but job guaranteed like safe. fews are very polish to IN front of management beside the seen very negative feeling in the heart. as fresher i am learning very well in the team last above 2 years. Good increment system based on performance.

Showing corporate culture but "gaddi" culture indeed. Frequent change in decisions at or by the higher management. Lots of unjustified rules abd regulations. Employees can not use elevators, have to make up-down by stair case only from gr floor to 4th floor. Can't carry own bag at tge work station, need to keep them in the locker out side of the main entrance of the office along with shoes. Long time waiting out side of boss's cabin for meeting called by boss.

Very good cultured company, great cooperation of managers, great timing of staff salary, company HR department is truly transparent for all staff, company give good salary hike and bonus in every year.

Such i have no reason to dislike working at Kesshorilal Shyamsunder pvt ltd. But if I get great opportunity than Kesshorilal Shyamsunder pvt ltd than i think to shift.

...cides everything. You can not use your phone, you can not have tea after 11am. They make you seat till 8 but still no compensation, no acknowledgment CMD's behaviour is very very bad, very negetive attitude towards employees. So think property before joining.
