Late settings every day, late salary , no HR policy, No bonus, unorganised system, No festival celebration, work load, so many reasons available for job left, politics, & no work life balance at all.

No benefit other than monthly salary, Late sittings until the work is finished even on weekends, lacks proper system, monopolistic environment, Late salary, Politics, Lot of pressure, No work life balance at all.

Organization is controlling by one person...boss is always right, lots of politic.

Apart from your monthly salary don't expect anything, no motivation, lots of internal conflict annual increment depends upon boss choice whom to do and not to do.

For freshers KMS good to learn and experience new things and overall increment also good .

There are no holidays in our company.Have to work or active 24X7. so it's a problem for me and i believe overall to anyone.

Kishan Marine is a a very good company to work everyone is good highly motivated and energetic as well as helpful. The management believes in equality so every suggestion is considered. If you work hard you will get appreciated you don't need to beg or need anyone’s review report. HR department is working hard to get every rules and events be on time.
