Seriously, I liked nothing in KisanKonnect.

Dislikes

... consumers. -Not supplying what the consumer expected. -No values of employee. -Even though, Deducting the EPF from salary but never given the EPF because still company is registered for epf. -Fake commitments.

Challeging work, Office colleuges environment is some how good.

Dislikes

1.office arrangement so badly manage by management even employe cant work comforably seating one place. 2.not hygienic. 3.Hybrid work mode not availble for technical role also in case of emergency company don't allowed u too work from even if your work can be done by seating home

Staff and management is very friendly, approachable and helpful. They prefer to promote internally. If required they provide training as well.

Dislikes

Since it is a startup, work life balance is difficult to maintain.

Good for freshers. And it is also possibles to do part time for locals.

Dislikes

Haven't provided joining or experience letter by company. Employees are unauthorised. Employees don't get any hikes or appraisal.
