There is hardly anything one can learn from this organization. It's somewhat like "Chalta hai" types for the commercial department though but for Engineering department, it's like jumping from the 4th floor of a building. Neither you die completely nor you can survive in a normal way, hell looks better to opt for than choosing Kirti Solar Ltd. Yes, I am not confessing this as I left the organization and want to downgrade the company and nor am asking someone to firmly believe my words. One can experience the situation after getting recruited here and check with my words. Thanks and best of Luck!!

It's a terrible place to work. Full of brainless and aimless peoples running the company and for any employee working here is basically giving one's job career at stake. Neither there is growth nor satisfaction. It's somewhat difficult to explain the actual culture of the office unless one experiences it. The thing which I hated the most is lies. At the time of interview, they hire by simply exaggerating the position and the job responsibilities, one only comes to know about the real full scenario after he/she is appointed to the position. That's the reason why people hardly stay here for an average of 7-8 months. One hardly get any such benefits and 90% of employees don't get last month's salary at the time of leaving even if they comply with the HR rules. And coming to the rules, though on paper there are many rules but in real life, only those rules are implemented that favors the management. In short, come to Kirti Solar Ltd, Kolkata at your own risk without expecting much from it.
