At Mumbai location...Worst and Immature HR and Partner....salary issue verbal and written are totally different..... worst case in notice period.... heavy rivalry issues in between HR - partner - managers... immature article trainees and immature leadership....NOT RECOMMENDED...

My professional working start from Kirtane & Pandit LLP so due to that I have got lots of experiences in PI Inventory Audit & Visited Delhi to Fixed assets Verification Audit in May 2012 & Also got experience in Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable

This was the worst organization i have been to. Its work culture is very unprofessional and like a roadside shops. Their top management don't have realistic vision and don't know how to utilize resources, end up firing the resources without justifications.

Dislikes

The top management is clueless about their vision and how to achieve it. They just know they have to compete with Big4 but does not have plan or budget for it. Also they are not too professional with words and shout on senior employees like a fish market.

As per market it is good work place. But in my case it is like nightmare dream. They have good market established Clients. They have maintained nice balance in corporate & manufacturing sector clients.

Dislikes

HR team is not clear on vision. You have to follow up for every bits pieces of documentation. Also, in my case training was not conducted properly & followed by appointed manager of KPCA firm. Because of KPCA today my career is at horrible stage. They are not at all "PROFESSIONAL". Manager visit was never scheduled by HR to meet our team. It is very much risk involved if you are a married person or family responsible person. I will never recommend to any one.
