Traveling is too much not only face myself, others suffer travel base location to different area within State. But unmarried person can easily manage but family person get difficult. Carreer also we are not able to Grow, waste our time and lots of energy loss while Travelling. Salary appraisal very poor. Poor work culture, people use to say " this is not my work", higher level bosses are using company benefits in wrong ways but not allow their subordinate to facilitate any company benefits. Increment in range of 6-8% only.
