Work culture, management, job duration etc. No overtime, no extra leave, work load less salary. Less manpower, poor automation etc.

At KFIL we are given many opportunities to learn. It could be KFIL's work of nature.

The behavior of the above officials is not right. The way they talk hurts everyone and the monthly salary here is low.

No work life balance. Too much dust and not good for health. Salary structure not proper, trainees having more salary than existing employees working from 5-6 years. Discrimination for people like only one work for new people with more salary and existing employees should do many tasks in less salary. In time is fix but out time is horrible, if we complete work on specified time still they ask to stay for extra 2 hours. Company culture is really horrible

Old and reputed company, Company is working on 5s, IATF and developing it safety culture with DSS. If you're working in Hiriyur then you'll get better opportunity to learn and get more responsibilities as compared to Koppal.

Dislikes

1. Salary structure (cutting is very high) 2. Canteen food. (Very Bad) 3. Discrimination between Main plant and others plant. 4. Maximum employees are working there from last 25 years. 5. Sufficient employees are not available. 6. Increment policy is poor, It's not measured by performances.
