I never felt working as an employee. It was like a family we were all one with unity with respect in the market wherever I go it was kec I enjoyed working 15 years joined as jr engineer and heading psg division as a Manager. I loved working with KEC

Many hurdles to make daily routine work. Management not give enough support to middle level and increment and other financial benefits are very poor No psb and other benefits to junior management group

Compensation is poor, no growth Sometimes work pressure is high. No job security for junior management.

...respect for them who works for betterment of company. No or very little growth. Engineers working from last 8 to 10 years are getting less salary then freshers now a days.

I got call from this company and told me that I was selected then they ask me to pay 7500 as initial amount and after did not response to call or messages then I told them clearly that refund my money but they are not at all hearing any words always asking the money from candidate.. It is very bad impression for job seeker to join this company.

After applying through naukri. Com got message on whats app for payment of 196 rs as initial free for interview. So it is a scam. If a company does not have the money to screen candidate how is it going to pay the salary
