In this company salary is only time to time

Dislikes

1- The HR of this company always traps his employees by telling lies 2 -They cheat them by showing paid leave 3- The language of the safety incharge is very abusive 4 -In this, from HR to any senior staff only cheats you, their only motive is to get you the job 5 -In this the company listens only to the workers of Mumbai vadi, they make any helper a supervisor by giving him a white helmet and they use very abusive language with the outside staff and the company does not take any action

They will sack the employee with out any reason to keep job safe of GM marketing & other 2-3 people who wokred for more than 20 years. they want to keep their job working.

Dislikes

Very bad to say no any growth in organization. They are doing 15-25 crore business alone from start.
