1. before joined salary is 24k & after join kirloskar given 18K 2. when my accident happen to take care of me my wife took 3 days leave company deducted 3 days payment 3. main manger at Delhi the told people work more that 10h daily try to work on Sunday also 4. any urgent work you have they don't understand cancelled your leave you want take unpaid leave and after that manager talk with you rudely 5. before joining told job description sales and marketing after joined my wife she told its full setup of call center and manger also with experience in call center 6. unexpectedly my wife pregnant , and she told to manger , manager is also female but she talk with wife in very wrong words like, you wasting time of company, tume pahle samj nahi atta kya, resign karo ya fir abhi 3 mahine ke basic salary pay karo like that 7. manager from pune office treat people like salves i am husband of employee every day my wife is so frustrated in kirloskar brother and after final incident of pregnancy she resign there, so think 100 time before join in kirloskar brothers specially in sales and marking department in pune baner office

... defamatory remark, potentially harming the career prospect of former employees. During notice period, employees may asked to leave immediately without compensation for the remaining days and any early departure can result in recovery of salary. The company adherence to its code of ethics has been questioned, it is more a formality then a practice. High level of politics have been observed at CHRO and HOD level, with some employees reportedly Engauge in psychopathic behavior to secure their position, often at the expense of other's career. It is also surprising that younger leadership at promotor level has seemingly endorsed such practice, leading to loss of focus on culture. over the past year, more than 12 corporate HR professionals, including those in leadership role, have left the organization under the current CHRO leadership. Remaining team members appear to be engaging in similar behavior to protect their own position, anticipating opportunities elsewhere. Employees have also reported delay of 1 to 2 months in final settlement, which appear to be a deliberate strategy to inconvenience former staff. Overall, the company might not be the best fit for individuals seeking role in HR, or OD, due to these ongoing issues .

In sales in the name of incentives, they plays with your salary. Also toxic environment is there, no one will listen to you. No new learning, but yes you will get a lot of certification in 'STRESS'.

Good salary, no overtime like work load, young employees.

Politics, no focus on business growth, only plant head runs the show and dictate instructions irrespective of your opinion. Too much disrespect/abusive behaviour in front of other employees by plant head. Promotions based on your terms with plant head and not on your skill, work and talent. No technical work only presentation and paper work.
