There are no worklife balance and a lot of a lot of mental Pressure that makes you totally mad, specially plant head and HR team are very very unprofessional at Gujrat plant.

It is a very good company to learn work and there is nothing else in the company.

Management is very bad and salary is not good, staff behavior is very bad, food in canteen is dirty, cockroaches keep coming out, no one pays attention.

On time salary, regular skill trainings, Transparency of system, Well educated team, Excellent procedures of manufacturing and product quality, Timeline based project management.

...ow to work like a team here. Packages are very less when compared to market. Salary hikes also pretty bad. Won’t get encouragement through hikes for people who work hard. Appreciation is very less for people who work hard.
