They are the worst company that I have ever worked with and they treat employee like animals. Company MD ko clear vision nahi hai and Plant head DP tiwari hai jo sabke upar chillata hai , kabhi wo ishe company mai machine chalata tha and workers mai koi bhi uski respect nahi karta hai. Don't join this company.

Everything, yaha ki jo quality head hai wo ek ladki hai jisko kuch bhi knowledge nahi hai regarding the plastic industries and but usko lagta hai bahut knowledge hai usko. Office aane ka time 9 am hai but ghar jaane ka koi time nahi hai 8 ya 9 bhi baj jaate hai.

Kirat Plastics is good organization for employee. Kirat Plastics is a great place to work. Kirat company culture is great for every employee. Kirat is learning platform for skill development.

If you have experience and degree, you can easily get a job here and you would be trained in the toughest and most terrible environment. If you can work here than i believe you will be comfortable working in any other organisation, no matter how bad is their work culture & company policies.
