promotion is like hell when sarin operater get promotion in marker and that guy doing work good as like A-B grade marker but they don't give a salary like marker thats it not fair give salary for their work and ambition and cabin manager also known about that guy doing good work but as it is nobody care about their employe so that experience is worst and i leave the company please improve that system otherwise good work gave you resign and join other company🤗

Working at kiran gems it was terrible Experience, when company need manpower they hired a people with Double pay. & There are lots of hide & sick games playing with employees. Holiday is issue, you can't take holidays. They are taking advantage of people & working on Sundays too. Late night working hours etc . Kiran gems is Nothing but showoff company. They want to prove that how Big & Giant company is it. As per my bad experience please Don't join & waste your career in kiran Gems. Thank you.

...or there benifits/Advantage. 2) Don't like the politics inside between staff. 3) Don't like the way During salary hike, only few people who is very close got advantage. 4) There is no value for your work. Work like Machine. But don't say about anything going wrong. 5)Kiran Gems They are doing only show off nothing else, like how big company is it. In the market they creat there image is Fake. & Show people that put trust on us what they want to show.

Nothing is great about this company. They hire people for there benefits, they change the designation without informing employees.

... designation without informing employees. & Growth rate in this company is zero. No opportunity, Salary they paid is very very less .& There is lots of differentiate they are doing.

They are not supporting through covid-19 lockdown, not secure job, when I leave some day for illness after lockdown , company recruit other person for my place and now I am job less
