Very bad culture and environment is there. No rules and regulations. I resigned by serving 2 months notice but my salary for 1.5 months plus gratuity still due, even after so many mails and calls they did not respond.

As a fresher in foreign accounting it is good to start from Kiran Foreign Trade. One thing is good about Kiran Foreign Trade is they celebrate every festival that root us to our culture.

Dislikes

They don't give salaries according to one's qualifications and past experience. Also their overtime pay rate is not justifiable.

Work culture is really good. Transportation facility is given (not free you have to pay according to your route)

Salary they pay is very less as compared to the other companies. Increment policy is also not good

They are Creators of good accountant giving end to end accounting work and lots of work. You will learn more and more day by day.

Salary is low as compared to other but acceptable as per geographical location.

Only good for freshers only if they work for 7 days a week..

... can overrule him ..and no facilities from company even free transport nothing..No salary as per workload no growth ...you will not have any professional development of you are there .
