Growth is slow, package is okay. We have to guide the sales persons step by step which is very painful sometimes as there is no on-job training for them. Else all is okay

There is a lot of love in this company. 1. Pay special attention to cleanliness 2. team management should be good 3. To serve someone's cause in the form of team work.

Those who are left working are not promoted.

There is nothing to like about this company, except good plant infrastructure created (more money spent, more 🦵 back for top .....

No job security, HR policies practiced are not inline with group, favouritism, politics...

Since the volume of business is huge we get the opportunity to experience new challenges which helps in new learning.

No recognition and appreciation of the work done. When it comes to appraisal favourites get the benefits.

I liked that as I was intern, the managers never treated me like that. They always encouraged me for learning new things in a company and also trained me by various aspects. I linked to work there alot for six months. Learning different new skills was very easy. Seniors are very supportive. If you join this organisation, i definitely say that you can boost up your career.

Dislikes

I didn't liked one thing which was, as a intern point of view it was easy to propose an idea but difficult to implement. As we know doing changes in big organisation are quite difficult.
