I personally like the work culture and the knowledge transfer that takes place around the department. We don't feel like working under hierarchical clustering, it's more like a friendly atmosphere for learning.

Dislikes

Most of the position right now are based on contract basis.

Likes

Employee-friendly management. Interaction between employees and officers is awesome. Though sometimes loaded with work, but never felt exhausted or loneliness because of good support of higher authorities.

Dislikes

Some of the departments/sections are falling short of manpower as senior employees are getting retired and freshers recruitment is not being done.

have been worked as a trainee for 2 year .but didnot get job in kiocl. they dont need skilled workers.tried to get job thier but didnot got opportunity.. please help youngters
