1. DISCRIMINATION BETWEEN EMPLOYEES: - Manager is not treating all subordinates equally, they are egoistic and just treat well subordinates who all are favorable for them. Even in communication also they will approach the favorable people only for the discussion matters & there no scope for remaining worker’s voice. The suffered employees who has good relationship with customer and havening good feedback from them were not considered. If there are 3 people in a particular assigned job and any issues occurred, suffered person will get targeted and dominated which lead to discourage their efforts. Employees getting questions from We expect mangers who treats all subordinates equally and who appreciate sincerely who has done good work as well as who seeks for the opinion off each subordinate. 2. INCREMENT: - As mentioned above suffered good workers are not considered for the suitable increment in each financial year. Mangers are not giving appropriate feedback to suffered employee in appraisal form/PMS system. 3. PROMOTION: -In addition to the above suffered employees are not getting promotions even after they completed several years with outstanding efforts & excellent performance. 4. LEAVE: -In case if employee requires leave, he need to approach reporting manager then have to ask with superior of department. it would be better if the leave granted from reporting manager itself. 5. Over time: - Few employees are obtaining OT; however, some employees need to extend their working hours to finish extra load on few days and the extended hours will be variable and this was not considered for the OT payment. For example, if any job came at the end of the day sometime it needs to be get completed to avoid future escalations, concerned employee has to extend their work time line. 6. If any escalations happened even if its due to un intentional & just a mistake the guilty is getting treated badly in front of everyone which make an employee feel disrespectful.

Japan's Management is excellent and they will respect hard workersand help them

India management is a terrible lot of politics in side promotions are calculated about your background, language, and how you keep your manager based on will get promotions and hike.
