...curity is zero, they can fire you anytime when the boss wants without any basis. Career growth is zero, no new updates, no training on the updates, no development, no motivation, no salary. Its total slavery. The directors lies everytime at the time of salary. At the month end the Directors will be absent because they don't have money or they avoid to face the employees. They know only how to bluff and cheat everyone if they can. They can fool the banks why not the poor employees. They make them suffer. They only want people to work for their own living and don't pay them. I agree that they pay only 10% of their salary after 2 or 3 months that too for 1 month salary. I think they better close their organisation and stop playing with people's career and fooling with them. In my 8 months of my employment in this company, 4 months salary is still pending with them and i know they are not going to pay me back.

Dislikes

I dislike the directors there were 3 directors. 2 of them are husband and wife. The third one he is their close friend. And even their close friend have left the company seeing their way of working and knows the company is in its downfall and his family members denied working with the other 2 because of the troubles they are getting and going to get in future. The work environment is horrible. We experienced police coming in, the banks people coming and getting in fights for not clearing the loans and EMI. Some unidentified people coming and threatening to them and questioning the employees. They have cheated so many people in their life. I remember one of the person in a higher position to me telling me to search for job in other company and leave the company as soon as possible.

Poor Management. Doesn't give salary on time. Doesn't provide clear information about company policies. HR people never support you. No facilities. Even the company doesn't have a proper place to have your lunch.

It is the worst place to work in my life, Very bad management, people will select you by your face not by talent. Boss is very bad, never trust, doubted mind, I regiment never go such type of company They will never respect employee, no emotion.
