Nothing to be liked here. Working in this company has been disheartening. The salary structure is not very satisfactory, failing to reflect the efforts invested. Micromanagement stifles creativity and autonomy, creating a stressful work environment. Appraisals, barely reaching double digits, fail to acknowledge the hard work put in. The overall atmosphere is demotivating, overshadowing any potential job satisfaction. Unfortunately, the combination of these factors has led to a less-than-ideal professional experience. I wouldn't recommend this company to those seeking fair compensation, a supportive workplace, and a positive growth environment.

Culture is chill because there are hardly client BPO like timings strict login time otherwise salary deduction

Moody CEO Policies to cut salaries of employees by hook or crook They will give you offer letter after joining After promotion which will be handling few thousand bucks, that too they will try and delay to provide Salary deduction of late come-ins, leaves, half days etc. Ok salary deduction, If you talk to the hr team they will tell to talk to finance team, who eventually will provide you some calculation or a rule. No growth No reputation of the company in the market CEO will lament through words when he will not want to give you promotions. All in all be patient and look for a better company.

No flexible working hours. Need to keep phone in locker. Purse, earphone, bags are not allowed. Cuts half day money on 1 min late login People are narrow minded Collaboration with other teams is not allowed.
