The work culture is fine. There is a lot of emphasis on supporting boarding students by residential as well as non residential staff. Documentation work is sometimes surpasses the productivity in work .

Dislikes

Working hours are quite long. Weekends are off which is a great thing. But you might end up doing school work at home on weekends. Those looking for school transport should not keep higher hopes. One should be open to accept multiple roles within school. Free lunch but no breakfast provided.

I love working at KCI because it feels like a family to me where we cater each other’s needs and consistently empowering each other as colleagues and a team together 😊😊

A little more effort by the KCI teammates and we will be on the top. A little effort to encourage staff monetary and optimistically from management required.

School provides stable work environment with no unnecessary work pressure. Weelends are off. Management is quite approachable.

I would appreciate if school doesnt expect teachers to take evening boarding classes after school hours.

Management is not reliable & enexperienced. even they don't give you appointment letter. If there is disconnect, they will completely blame you without listen anything.I will advice to not to join.
