Teammates were fantabulous,on job training,job security well established,salary was ok,travel was terrible but after reaching office all is well,enjoyed to learn new innovative things...etc

Travail n salary was not on time but we were commming on time to office

Kingfisher airlines was one of the best company I had the opportunity to work with, though it had its days of turmoil, but the collegues and work environment was the best one can get. During my tenure in KF, I have learned so much which I am presently using in both of my professional and domestic life. We used to deal with Immigrations and Customs departments,which very few of other private jobs would fetch the working knowledge with this organisations.

Dislikes

Salary structure and promotion prospects were the worst aspects of KF.

The training department and customer handling skills and it's training.

The salary and planning of the management. I was disappointed when the company for shut down where we were huge number of people taking care of family and responsibilities.

Likes

During the hay days it was the most sort after airlines in India. However, when the management defaulted we were forced to leave it as we were not paid for more than 8 months of salary.

Dislikes

No salary for 8 months.

stander of the company,excellent training services for enhancing the skills of employees to provide satisfactory services. They value the employees and take proper care of them that's why whosoever have worked with KF airlines doesn't prefer to work with any other airlines.

Dislikes

People at higher level took improper advantages of the facilities that's why company suffers with loss.
