Training was provided after joining n it was excellent by British managers, salary was good when I worked , appraisal part I was little beat upset, friendly work environment, to n fro tickets...I was happy during my employment

Working hours was 12hrs...but now its changed....according to my friends salary is not good now a days n no benefits

I love to work with my own ward because we have understanding and give solution for every problem manager and deputy manager. They keep us calm and listen our problem .

Partiality against bahraini and non bahraini We are humans we all r mothers who feed All should get maternity leave or feeding hours. In our crucial period of ,we are high risk for pregnancy we all hard work for our ward .we dont sit aside and we are doing it respect and honestly because we love our hospital who give us good wages their worker.

I was in labour and delivery, full politics in that... I cnt prove myself ... New manager Sara she is not apt for that position less experienced and also she dnt knw how to manage all staff....very bad experience... And evn weni exit she didn't even told me good word to me...very very bad experience there...

Full groupisam , partiality, they won't give any chance to us ..i was in labour and delivery, but they told me to go for covid dty for six month i obeyed them but after i cme back to labour room they have me labour room evaluation only 1 garde below average itsms , if i was not there how they evaluated me ... And not evn no appreciation i got covid two time becoz of this covid dty , so these and all I exited and came back to india .... Very very bad experience... especially manager Sara in labour and delivery.

The fact that a Registrar in Palliative Medicine was given the opportunity to examine and formulate a plan of management for those on Anti Cancer Treatment.

Dislikes

The Hospital has refused to provide an Experience certificate for the period of services rendered. The system lack an intent to process any kind of feedback, does not believe in self appraisal and during my limited time there also presented an environment that was academically stagnant. Represented a casual attitude towards work along with no avenues for merit based promotional opportunities.

On the job training provided to New jointes. Good work environment and culture. Teammates and managers are supportive. There is good cafétéria. Good salary and shift allowance.

Dislikes

There is 2 years contract before which you can not resign.
