1. Owner behaviour is so rude and abusive 2. Deduction of double salary if he leaves 3. Too late salary distribution 4. Pressurized to work after shift 5. No esic pf benefits 6. Only cash salary for preventing tax etc. 7. Toxic atmosphere of office 8. No off day in week for night staff
