People like tag of KEM hospital but work life is so poor

Dislikes

Residents are rude with patients and seniors. No academic activity by residents. No new surgical techniques are used during surgery. Permanent staff is uncooperative.

I liked working in NICU and nursing home the seniors there are very good with knowledge and always keep motivating you. Diabetes ward is one the best in pune. They provide scheme for type 1 patient.

Dislikes

I had very bad experience working in general ward. The nurses working there are not very helpful and polite.
