The only thing is that we get the Salary on time...

HR takes Money to give you the Job. You only get the extension letter after 6 months and even after 1year you get extension letter till 1year 6 months. Then HR asks you to do the clearance. You are never going to get a permanent Job even if you are in On-roll job. Salary is never going to increase in any case. Special peoples get directly Permanent job if having relations with someone with bigger post in Kinetic.

...ring company. In this company almost Marathi person and senior prefare Marathi . Salary is not good and food facilities are not available.

I like this company for hardworking by manually.

...owledge in actions and try to gain as much experience as you can while you work. Just a normal work-life as the company works on shift basis with an average salary equivalent to the amount of the work.

Dislikes

The few things which I personally didn't liked about the company includes the lack of skill development programmes and no team-meetings and open discussions about the plan for the day/shift. Other than that, the work was smooth and easy.

Good growth opportunity for candidates who work more than 2-3 years

Dislikes

No transport facility for general shift emoloyees, (paid canteen), company location far away from PCMC (Less PCMC bus frequency) Kanhe & Vadgaon railway station near but people face trouble in facing catching local

As a fresher level , you will get chance to work with experienced office staff ( not applicable for line level employee ) .

Dislikes

- Companies work compensation & other canteen / transport facilities are worst as compared to compotators .
