... honey and jump into a bee farm than work here. It has the worst work culture .they won't even day your salary on time. They even abuse bad words when in office . They have no sense of professionalism. The HR there can't do a simple addition to calculate the number of days worked by a employee from their offer letter.

Bad work culture. Cheating customers. To abusing employees. During salary period they have some issues or the other . Member of board has not even cleared 2nd pu .

When I say great workplace, I mean it in all aspects - 1. Learning, 2. Teamwork, 3. Challenges, 4. Growth and 5. Employee Wellbeing. You are constantly challenged and every new task helps you in your career growth. Having had experience working in startups previously, I can say with all confidence that I haven't seen a more driven team. There is not a day in Kindly when you don't strive for improvement, because you're surrounded by a team that is pushing boundaries in a space where they're bringing awareness as well. If you're a startup enthusiast, this is the place to be. If you're looking for a 9-5 job with a laid-back work environment and minimal growth, then maybe not so much.

Dislikes

None so far. The work can get challenging at times, but that's the catch and I believe that's what helps you grow. Getting out of the comfort zone is important.

Management is very cool and have all the leadership quality… They support you in all the aspects to grow the company as well as yourself. You have complete work life balance and very cool company culture
