This company provides good opportunities to the freshers, though salary is not that good. As I joined this company as a fresher, so I learned a lot and few of my seniors and colleagues helped me a lot in developing my writing skills.

Dislikes

-Increment salary by giving pennies -Work atmosphere is more like a school restricted environment where you are not even allowed to smile or talk to a employee of another department. -First they will ask you about your views and then they will critize what you will express. -Bad office politics

It was good but now not as good as it should be for 15-year-old company.

at least PM need to be responsible, they are very confused and not taking any decision not on company side or not on employee side. mostly self-centered. asked a very Sr PM to get some documents but his response was making him confused. at least there should be someone who can listen and help. You swapped a gifted opener with tailender. HR team is too unprofessional and looking stupid too. asking the reason why you need experience letter. "Come out of it." don't play with career of ex-employees. You won't get anything out of it.

The worst work culture you will ever found

The manger in .net team. He has no knowledge about the programming and talk nonsense always. He treat team like slave. He always expects to sit late and force to do so. He is a womenizer person. If you are female employee you will feel very unsafe here.

Nothing except location is in IT park

Dislikes

I worked in same project from Oct 2018 and never had peace of mind. No matter how hard you work , managers will still say client is frustrated. Now there is new game of throwing KT's to new joiners is going on. So only join dotnet team if you want a KT , don't expect new project and please don't ever think about changing the project as they are just concerned about business and billing. Most of the projects are legacy code.

1) No Learning, No carrier growth Stil poor standards of working. 2)Lack of Leadership. 3) Lack if Employee centric policies. 4) HR Not supportive and inclined to management. 5) No activities or townhalls etc. 6) Worst sitting arrangement and worst enviroment.
