Work culture, people respecting each other, understanding between employees and manager is good, lovely atmosphere to work in, leaves are allowed on a very easy basis, personal and professional l life can be very balanced in this organization, flexible company culture, easy work from home policies and leave encashment, perfect place to pitch in be it a fresher or experienced

Dislikes

Market correction of CTC has fallen since from Kinapse to Syneos, salary hikes are ok, but not very much satisfactory, and same work for long intervals, project change and new things to explore is bit dicy, still its a good place to pitch in, Overall you will feel relaxed working here, Nobody will abuse you or talk to you in wrong way, be it anyone higher or lower dignitaries

Likes

There hasnt been any job or pay cuts, infact Kinapse is recruiting and providing jobs. The work culture is really good and the management asks you to take breaks and spend time with family.

Dislikes

The company has not provided any support for WFH like, no internet reimbursement, no work ergonomics support, or anything of that matter. While other companies are providing complete infrastructure to make WFH experience better.

Likes

Work and personal life balance. During Covid the company did not ask anyone to leave and did not deduct our salary made me like the company more. Working from home is the same as working from office. Unlike other companies Who are making the employee work for more hours we are still working for 8.5 hrs. It’s a nice place to work. The job is secure. I have never seen that anyone is asked to leave.

Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of this company and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad. This company is hub of different colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and experiences and we work happily in collaboration. I also liked the most important thing that is the values of this company which is maintained throughout.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, and work pressure varies from project to project.Managers do value the interest , unique characteristics of the individuals. I do receive appreciation emails from the client and the nature of the clients are quite cooperative.

Likes

It is good company for mid senior level employees as- 1. they offer good work life balance. 2.they value and support their employees when needed. 3. They don't do micromanagement.

Dislikes

They need to be more aggressive towards developing their project pipeline.
