The most lowest salary in the Hyderabad. Specialy according to other NABH Hospital. The Hostel is worst in situation. They keep Male nurse at bacement. Too much pressure in Hospital as a nurse. But till they will give lowest salary.

Compensation is decent, but the work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work more hours,Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my superiors but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is lot of politics.

The compensation and benefits are very poor despite the hardwork.when we are working with a commitment beyond compromise reinforcement is the best way to keep us happy, I wish management could realise before they loose many efficient staff to other hospitals.other than this it's the perfect place to begin a career.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
