Only fresher for good because salary is good as compare to other companies. Salary is getting proper time.

Management is very poor. No increment nothing in proper time . If u go take any problem for HR Department they will not give any responsible.In manner also very poor.......

...dustry, seniors are so helpful, coworkers are corperative, friendly environment. Food of the canteen is good, salary scale is average, environment friendly workplace.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressures is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients and call in the evening and some times late night. Top Management do not value an individuals unique strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times..

Norma Group is a MNC which owns Kimplas now. And can take Kimplas to another levels but she will have to deal with corporate culture which is more corporate than any corporate organisation.

Dislikes

Literally no one cares once it is 5.30pm cells are switched off, no communications on Saturdays and some self obsessed morons working at Thane and Nashik office who want to dominate everybody by any means. "Chamko" attitude.

Not good for long term working. Since the business is decreasing because of lack of strategies for Marketing. And- no support from the Management because nobody is confident on their decision and nobody is accountable for taking right decision.
