No Management overall. Only politics happens in this company. Those who works never get any benefits, but those who only do show-off they get good promotion and salary benefits. Very old working system they are using still. Not recommended overall.

Kilburn is the great organization. I got chance to learn new things and to handle the critical situation. Good working culture with basic but important necessities.

Most of the time they hire the peoples on contract basis.

Indian company mindset, There are big corporate political lobby, Everyone has involved. Process HOD is not a chemical engg he doesn’t know the basics of chemical engg. Try to avoid to join this company. No one wants to grow the department, no training, no teaching provided. They all just running the company by given fake equipment. No herarchy followed by the company. Ridiculous staff.

There is no job security in this company, If you do one minor mistake they can remove you anytime. Management is very poor, everyone want to save their own seat. When I was there in KEL they have thrown 4 designer in one day. Among 3 IT persons they thrown 2 persons in couple of days including IT head. To remove people from their job on the spot is very common in KEL. If you plan to join KEL please note you have no job security.

Internal politics, victimisation, suppression,lack of softwarebpackages, messy , no job security
