There's job security, even though sales are as food as zero since March, the salary has been reduced just marginally not half as some other brands. We had constant meetings with the management team reassuring us woth stability.

I have been join in kiko as senior makeup artist and within 6 month i will promoted as counter manager. And company was very supportive

Everything is good..but sometime they are like pure silent that is the more difficult to understand them.

do not come upto there compitments i have to work more than 14 hrs a day poor work culture lack of professionalism lit is buisness centric forn not employee centric
