New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. Nothing is good.

Dislikes

No proper working hours. They hire people with a CTC lesser than their previous CTC. There is a lot hierarchy problem and office politics. They mentally harass people like anything. They put an advertisement in a particular month even if they don't have any plans in hiring and they keep mentally harassing the candidate for continuous 4-5 months. And they will say we have dropped the idea of hiring. I have seen it happening with my friends. I would suggest not to come here if you don't want to spoil your career and mental health.
