Working at Ulipsu has been a great experience for me. Enjoy the dynamic and collaborative work environment here. Ulipsu places a strong emphasis on innovation and creativity, allowing me to explore new ideas and push the boundaries of what's possible. Overall, I feel fortunate to be part of such a vibrant and forward-thinking organization.

Dislikes

There's honestly not much I dislike about working at Ulipsu. If I had to mention something it might be the occasional challenge of managing a heavy workload during busy periods. However, that's more about the nature of the work. Overall, my experience here has been overwhelmingly positive.

It was near my home. Apart from that, I find nothing good about the company now.

There are a lot of things to mention here. The company culture and work environment is horrible. It is one of the most biased and partial organisations I have ever worked.

Product development strategies are implemented in a continuous process. working in only 1 shift. Projects have a definite plan

Dislikes

I do not have a designated spot to sit and work ,being a Team Lead. Space issues, No meeting room availability.

Likes

It's been amazing to work in such a dynamic team. Very friendly and encouraging environment. Very good management team. Interaction with students and helping and fun loving colleagues were the best part of this company.

Dislikes

Excellent organisation except creating pressure at the beginning of the campaign. And not happy with appraisal policy.
