Everyone is friendly and polite, no drama of any sorts.

Dislikes

Was dropped from work one night with no warning at all. Their reason was that the work is over and we can keep checking their website for upcoming projects. It's basic decency to let us know ahead so that we can search for the next job.

The only reason I stuck at this company was that the co-workers were not as horrible as I've come across while working for Indian IT start-ups. That's it, that's the only pro at this place.

This is basically just another first-world country content mill where they hire writers for dirt cheap in bulk from third-world countries. The entire process of writing articles, submitting them, and waiting for them to get fact-checked and approved is way too slow and your payments are wholly dependent on getting your work approved. So it doesn't matter how much you have written, if it's not approved on time (which it will never be), you might as well forget about getting paid or paid properly or on time even. I have been dead broke all the while I've worked here and I have never gotten my work approved on time or gotten payments on time or even gotten an amount that could last me for all my bills, forget spending for leisure.
