...hey don't understand. Rather than helping, they confuse and demotivate the team. Salary Issues: Salaries are often delayed without any prior notice. And worst of all, they deduct salary for unnecessary reasons using random company policies. No Value for Employees: Employees are not respected here. When someone tries to resign, the behavior of the management becomes rude and unprofessional. Even the full and final settlement is not done properly and on time. Intern-Dependent Workforce: The company relies mostly on interns rather than hiring skilled professionals. As a result, project quality is very poor and deadlines are rarely met. Unethical Practices: Whether it’s internal communication or client handling, professionalism is completely missing. Clients are often dissatisfied due to late deliveries and poor support. Overall, this company does not care about either employee well-being or client satisfaction. I would not recommend it to anyone who is serious about their career or business.
