I'm 2018 batch around 10 year experience but my salary very very low but same kind experience person salary got very high he joining also 2020th batch that only very disappointment 😭

I am working as Service Advisor in Kia motors Dealership, my daily activity is to interact with Customers and Advise them about their Vehicle to maintain with a good & Reasonable Amount. Apart from working there are alot of activities like Technical Training , Birthday Celebrations & Team work games for the Employees.

There is no Salary hike from a lot of time, also working hours is too much.

...nvironment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management transparent. Company policies are good,appricels are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...ime staff good but head department not trustable,no problem information leading., any issue blame on staff, no words of salary and other processes

This time when I joined and resigned no proper information about company given to the employee. Doesn't help the employee staff.

...k hours are more. But less meetings and focus on meetings agenda with timeline . Good pay and promotion policy . Employee policies are little below compared to industry standard but being a new company in india, many policies will be revised in coming years
