No assurity of getting confirmed in the organization No assurity of appraisal Lack of authority in employee hands Micromanagement by HOD and CEO Nobody understands and listen to junior level employees. Irresponsible Travel,HR and IT dept Lots of work delegation. Frequent work place changes. Lot of manual process. High attrition rate in sales dept No mental peace.

... not value employees' dedication, and after resignation, they treat them poorly. They also refuse to pay PF and gratuity and even tell other companies not to hire them.

This environment not only enables you to work effectively with clients but also demonstrates a genuine care for employees and their families, offering encouragement and support.

Dislikes

The only thing disappointing is to be at the office for 9 hours. It's not only in Khushi Advertising but everywhere in India. It has to be 7-8 hours; so that people can do other activities for their growth and development.
