Salary below market range, no benefits, no job security, no PTO, only 1 day off in whole week, no proper office, no clean washroom. Was hired for fashion design role but had to do clerical tasks. No designing takes place at the company as all designs are plagiarised. Unprofessional owners. Salary is delayed every month and employees are asked to adjust.

Khushboo and Pankaj (located at 38P, Sector 40, Gurugram) is a very corrupt organisation. They treat their employees very poorly and never pay on time. The office environment is so negative, and the husband-wife that run the boutique are just hungry for money. They don’t know anything about fashion, especially the woman. They don’t design anything, just steal things from the internet. The quality of clothes they make is terrible. It is inhumane to spend such long hours at such a horrible place 6 days a week. I would not suggest anyone to work here.
